Now you can be trained by an IHP coach from anywhere in the world! Our staff of Fitness Professionals is eager to train you in the privacy of your own home or any where in the world.  We have different levels of on-line consulting packages to meet your needs.  Whether you need them on the phone, sending you your next workout, contacting them through email, or sending you a nutritional program – IHP can be anywhere you are through our IHP- Online club.
