here are 3 great calrie burning circuits to do before and after the new years partying

Warm up:

10 min on elipitcal on a "random"

*only 60 to 90 sec break between circuits*

Cicuit 1 x3:

20 Squat Thrust Jump

20 KB swings

20 Sandfilled Balls Standing Rotational  Slams

40 Hanging abb raises

30 HOB MB Push up

Circuit 2 x3: 

Pull ups to Failure

10/s Unilateral mb push up (1 hand on ball)

45 secs HOB Mt climbers

15/s 1 A KB swings

20/s KB Russian twist

 

Circuit 3 x3

20 Free weight Glute-Ham

20 MB crossovers

10/s KB Alt OH press

15 steps/s Forward Stepping Swings

20 KB Figure 8 to hold

Finisher

20 min on treadmil or stairmaster

3  min warm up

1 min sprints (BUT MAJOR SPRINTING!  IT SHOULD BE TO THE POINT THAT YOU DONT WANT TO DO THE REST!!) 

(1:1 rest)

10 sprints all together

Do this workout before and after new years and you will not feel guilty about the alchohol and food that will be consumed!! You may even feel that you worked so hard and don't want to ruin the results with the junk :)
