I'm excited about one of my new clients. He wants to gain weight. You don't find many of this clients in a world of "I need to lose 5 to 10 pounds."
My plan is lots of compound moves like the bench press, squat, dead lifts and military press. I'll keep you guys posted on my client's progress on gaining weight in lean muscle.
Dare to dream
Pete. :)

As a trainer I love using the JC Bands for my clients, they are a great way to keep my clients moving and unloading muscles for future workouts. That said, I sometimes don't use them for my own workouts days with the thought that the load isn't enough to get a quick "in and out" work out the US trainers are famous for. Let me tell you ,I was in for a big surprise, those JC bands kick my butt: I was pumped to the bone.

Through sound strength and conditioning training and superior JU- JITSU Sam dominated his fight at the university of Miami. Strength Conditioning coach Seth Jordan, with some help from coach JC Santana and his excellent book Strength and Conditioning for the Modern Gladiator , had Sam in top notch shape. Not only is Sam a superior athlete in the MMA world , but he is also one of the hardest workers in the competitive world of MMA.
Dare to dream,
