These chest-blasting protocols are part of the training I have I have developed over the last 35 years to develop rock-hard, powerful chests in my professional athletes, models, and fitness clients. Ask any guy what he wants more of and he will tell you, “a bigger chest!” After all, “how much do you bench?” is the question all guys are dying to get asked at any social event. This is because the reason for the question is usually a big, well-defined chest and a set of nice guns attached. Therefore, chest routines are among the most popular and sought after routines in fitness and bodybuilding.

Traditionally, the way to ‘the chest you have always wanted’ was to develop a routine that involved the bench press, dumbbell flys, and cable cross motions. One look at the anatomy involved in the press and fly motions shows that the pectorals, front deltoids, and the triceps get the lion’s share of the work. This musculature in turn frames the upper body and helps you get that nice tapered look. Therefore, the dependence on this traditional approach to chest development is a hard habit to break.

Now, what if I tell you that there is another way to develop the big, strong and well-defined chest you have always wanted? Interested? Then, you will have to embark on the best chest routine you have never done! Unlike the slow tempo of bodybuilding, this routine uses a blistering explosive tempo. Unlike the machines, barbells, and dumbbells used for resistance in bodybuilding this routine uses only your body weight with a few props. Finally, unlike the 8-15 repetitions used in the hypertrophy model of bodybuilding, this routine eventually makes you blast through 60 consecutive repetitions. Can you say lactic acid and screaming fast twitch fiber training? That’s right, the high lactic acid production and fast twitch fibers targeted by this high intensity training method produces an excellent hormonal response that leads to bigger muscles and a fat torching cellular environment!
