• In 2005 I decided to pursue my true passion. Sports, fitness and health. I Came to the United States and started the Fitness Institute International Personal Training Program. When I complete the program IHP gave me an opportunity to do an internship and they became my sponsors too. I am glad I had this opportunity because IHP is a very special place. Watch my clients and athletes perform better, be happy and improve their quality of life through discipline and training it’s the most amazing reward I can get and it’s the reason I do what I do.

Education:

• Santa Maria La Antigua University (Panama City, Panama).
• BS in Finance.
• Graduated 2001

Certifications:

• Fitness Institute International – Certified Personal Trainer Specialist.
• Adult CPR and First Aid – American Heart Association.

Training Specialty:

• Cesar played all sorts of sports competitive and recreational during his whole life (soccer, basketball, baseball, flag football) and he’s very familiar with the basics of this disciplines but his truly passion is running.
• His client’s range goes from kids, high school and college athletes, to regular clients, senior citizens and group classes.
• Cesar’s training specialty it’s also his versatility, he has been exposed to pretty much the whole spectrum of clients which gives him the ability to train anybody and mold the training to their particular needs.
