Up Close:

• I am a father of four Briana 7, Gabriel 4, Alana 2, and my baby Sebastian 7 months. My wife (Leslie) and I love to run. We have been working out together ever since we met. I have ran four marathons and love it, painful, but love it. My wife tells me that she would never run more than three miles at a time. I personally have been working out ever since 1993 and have only stopped due to some surgeries. The surgeries and all my injuries have made me understand the training profession to a greater degree. I enjoy training others and helping those accomplish new levels.

Training Specialty

• Endurance Training, Functional Training, Sport Specific Training and Rehabilitation. I train all fitness level. I focus mostly in health and fitness. I have trained people from seven to 70+ years of age.
