FreeMotion (Complete Line)

The FreeMotion and IHP relationship started the first day IHP opened. Prior to IHP opening JC and FreeMotion (then Ground Zero) decided to have IHP serve as FreeMotion's beta testing site, and well as their Southeastern Showcase facility. FreeMotion recognized JC's vision in establishing and positioning IHP, as the "Gym of the future." IHP and FreeMotion are set on taking fitness equipment to levels not yet seen in the fitness industry; both companies expect a very exciting future and the forging of an unbeatable team.

Vibra Flex (Vibration)

The VibraFlex technology is one of the latest breakthroughs in fitness a performance. The vibratory stimulus provided by the VibraFlex has been associated with miraculous physiological changes, to include improved strength and power, enhanced bone density, improved reaction time, and positive hormonal changes. VibraFlex reached out to IHP and JS Santana for their assistance in beta testing their equipment and researching performance enhancement programs. To date, JC has produced two DVDs for VibraFlex related to the expert application of their equipment.

Keiser Fitness Equipment (Power Applications)

The Keiser Company is a true innovator in the fitness and performance enhancements industry. The Keiser line of Fitness equipment features constant resistance through the use of compressed air. Its most outstanding feature is the ability to provide true resistance values, regardless of the speed of movement. This distinguishing feature makes it the powerful training tool for power development. IHP and Keiser have teamed up to provide innovative power development protocols and new equipment designs. Dennis Keiser and JC have a new design they are working on that will redefine the training of running power. Several professional athletes have reached world championship performance using JC's Keiser protocols. These protocols will soon be published breakthroughs in the world of athletic training.

Heart Rate, Inc (VersaPulley, Versa Climber)

Heart Rate, Inc. is the maker of three pieces if equipment extensively utilized and developed at IHP; Versa Climber, MV Shuttle, and Versa Pulley. Heart Rate, Inc. has collaborated with IHP to develop new accessories and protocols for each of the three pieces beta tested at IHP. JC has published many of his findings and protocols, using the Heart Rate, Inc equipment in peer review as well as trade journals.
