I'm a professor in the Physical Education University in Portugal. I am a NSCA-CPT, and a Exercise Physiologist working with top athletes in Portugal. I just want to share with you that for 2 years I have been using the sports circuits that you created (with some adaptions that I made) for a top handball team, and we had excellent results. As always, your presentations in Providence were very good.
