NSCA The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA - http://www.NSCA-lift.org/) is the world's leading authority on strength and conditioning. With nearly 30,000 members worldwide, the NSCA is the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning. IHP and its staff are dedicated members of the NSCA. Most of the trainers at IHP have a certification from the NSCA, and IHP has served as the headquarters for the Florida Chapter of the NSCA. The IHP staff has also organized, hosted, and presented at several annual state clinics for the Florida Chapter. JC has served as the NSCA's Florida State Director for an unprecedented four years. He also served on the NSCA's Conference Committee and was the Chairman of the NSCA's Sport Specific Conference during 1999-2002. In 2004, the NSCA's membership voted JC Santana to serve on their prestigious Board of Directors. IHP believes in the mission of the NSCA and pledges to support it in all of it endeavors.
