Hi JC,

I had the pleasure of attending acouple of your workshops at the CanfitPro conference in Toronto in August and we spoke for a few minutes regarding hip resurfacing and arthritis.

I just had hip resurfacing surgery this past Friday (Sept. 26th)and have read your blogs with great interest. Right now at 5 days out, I am on crutches, doing rehab both standing and on the couch. I feel like I'll be ready to move onto the next level by the end of the week and was wondering if you had discovered anything new (like your "Training the Invisible" approach?

Thanks for any time you might find to respond,

...just had a chance to sit down and have a look at the new website, and the logs from all of the IHP trainers...sorry to hear that the pain is still pretty bad, and that you're still on those pain pills...man, I hated them...I felt like a zombie...

...anyway, I'd like to do a weekly golf conditioning log, in order to create demand for our upcoming product...cool? - fotios pantazis
