What happens in the Executive Offices stays in the Executive Offices.

Running JC's 7 Businesses, making daily decisions, looking at the bigger picture while keeping your feet on land and your hands on the millions projects that JC thinks of on a daily basis is nothing short of a challenge but never the less, it serves for an exiting day to say the least and a very interesting dinner conversation. Being on top of his game, JC gives you direction, tells you his plans and sheds light into the future of IHP as he gets his workout in or on a trip to the restroom, while having lunch or on his way to the car. We follow him while he talks with pad and pen in hand. Digest and put into perspective his thoughts, sort out what s to be done today and in the near future and what goes into the back burner, which constitutes tomorrow's emergencies. While a lot of things that happen back here needs to stay back in this office for confidentiality purpose, there is a lot that is shared with the staff, questions and their thought are considered, fed back to JC before an Executive Decision in made. Nothing but pure excitement. Keeping up with the man is a challenge and a rewarding experience.
