Fat Burning Workouts PDF Print E-mail

Here at IHP we use Fitmoves for fun, intense, fat burning workouts. Fitmoves was invented by our owner and CEO JC Santana. This format is run in a timed circuit and allows you to mix some of your favorite functional exercises together. This gives you resistance training and keeps your hear rate elevated to maximize the amount of calories burned.

 

My latest success story is one of my male clients who is in his early 50’s and just lost 15 pounds over the last 3 months using the Fitmoves format! I would like to encourage everyone out there to share there favorite fat burning workouts on this blog.

Just wanna share my thoughts on fat burning workouts. I share a similar philosophy and approach. This is based upon high intensity interval training and large, compound resistance exercises. PHA workouts are quite useful. The protocol is compound upper body pull (ie chin ups), lower body compound (ie squats), upper body compound (ie push press) followed immediately by 3-5 mins of high intensity CV. The circuit is performed 3-5 times with 2 mins recovery.
