Hi Everyone,

I thought I would devote a short article to the topic of staying connected to our site and how we make this as easy as possible for our visitors.

As you may have noticed, our site has been equipped with comment features, which give visitors the ability to leave their personal feedback on various parts of the website.

One area where this feature is enable d is of course this blog. At the bottom of this page for example, you will see a comment form. As soon as someone leaves a comment, this will also show up.

Our shopping cart now also has this feature enabled and we encourage customers to leave us their comments, as we're always interested in your feedback. At the end of the day our mission is to make your stay on our site as informative and interactive as possible.

Lastly, I'd like to touch upon RSS Feeds and their use. For those of you that don't know what they are I will give a short description. RSS stands for "Real Simple Syndication" and really just serves the purpose of giving visitors to a website the ability to save a bookmark which will update itself. In other words, if you're "subscribed" to an RSS feed, every time the site owner adds new content to the site, your bookmark will reflect this.

RSS Feed Icon Nowadays just about every website features RSS feeds, because it gives their visitors the ability to easily subscribe to the website. When you see the orange icon as shown here, all you have to do is right click on it and copy the link, and paste it into your favorite RSS News Reader.

I personally use a website for this and it's called www.bloglines.com It's a very intuitive way of collecting RSS feeds for my favorite websites,  and it's also packed with various other features that make it a nice tool.

Now to my final point, which is the reason for posting this article. We will be posting a lot of content to this blog as the weeks progress, and RSS feeds are the easiest way for you to stay up to date, no matter where you are.

I hope this information was useful to you, and should you have any questions, just leave a comment to this article and I'll gladly answer any questions you might have.

Hi,

We regret that you think we're trying to spam you. The current promotion went out to current and past customers of ihpfit.com and we are in no way trying to solicit our products towards people that don't wish to receive this kind of information.

Beyond that we will of course remove your email address from our database to make sure you don't receive these types of messages in the future.

The link we sent out works fine, it seems that the cache on our system needs adjusting which could be the reason that the link didn't work for you.

Please accept our apologies in this matter, we will try to work even harder to make sure unsubscription links are clearly visible and that our database is kept up to date.

Thanks,
Alex Caldwell
