Advanced Search according to Parameters

You can further refine your search by adding a second keyword and selecting the AND or NOT operator. Selecting AND means both words must be present for the product to be displayed. Selecting NOT means the product will be displayed only if the first keyword is present and the second is not.

The first drop-down-list allows you to select a category to limit your search to. The second drop-down-list allows you to limit your search to a particular piece of product information (e.g. Name). Once you have selected these (or left the default ALL), enter the keyword to search for.

Can I add another shipping address?

Yes you can. If you have a shipping address on file, simply login with your username and password, and once you're logged in, click on the "Account Maintenance" link located in the right menu.

I just added an item to the cart, now what?

You can do two things, either click on other items in the cart and add them, or click on the "Show Cart" link located in the right hand menu and checkout.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Is the checkout process secure?

Yes. We use industry standard SSL certificates that guarantee your payment information isn't intercepted by others. When items have been added to your cart, you're not in a secure area yet. It's when you click the check out button that you get moved into the secure area of the site as that's when you are about to enter personal information.

I am a returning customers, but my password doesn't work anymore. What do I do?

In order to reset your password, simply click on the "Lost Password" link located in the Member Login module on the right. Use your email address as your username and enter this information on the following page. The system will then send you a new password.
