Final Countdown Companion Guide

The Final Countdown Quick Start Companion Guide is a 90 page manual that explains the philosophical approach behind the Final Countdown DVD and it explains every single exercise on the DVD by explaining the what, how and why of every exercise. Meaning, the book will explain why the exercise is in the program and how you can perform it and what the exercise is for. Basically, we took a similar approach that JC Santana took in The Essence of Program Design Manual by providing you with the essence of why The Final Countdown workout was designed.

Also the exercises are demonstrated by females and males as well as fighters and non-fighters so that you can see that this workout is all inclusive for everybody. It is good for every person of all ages. If you are a fighter or if you would like to train like one then this package is for you.
