Gold Team Package

The Gold Team package is ideal for a team or group of 40 and 60 athletes. Included in this package is IHPSWIM’s DVD “LAPS: Functional Dryland Training for Swimmers”. This DVD covers the LAPS training philosophy designed by IHPSWIM to ensure that your dryland program trains all the necessary components of a competitive swimmer.

Inside this DVD you will not only learn our philosophy but we also teach coaches and swimmers how to design their very own circuits with ease! In addition to this we have included over 30 incredible exercises and have also created several circuits that are already designed and ready to go!

The Gold Team Package also includes a JC predator band, a medicine ball and a stability ball, a Flexi Bar, a 50 foot training rope and JC Predator for Swimmers DVD. With these pieces of equipment and the DVD anyone can perform these circuits at their house, in the backyard, on the pool deck and at the gym!
