Can I add another shipping address?Yes you can. If you have a shipping address on file, simply login with your username and password, and once you're logged in, click on the "Account Maintenance" link located in the right menu. I just added an item to the cart, now what?You can do two things, either click on other items in the cart and add them, or click on the "Show Cart" link located in the right hand menu and checkout. Do you have an affiliate program?Currently are affiliate program isn't active. However we expect to have it up and running by mid June 2008. Is the checkout process secure?Yes. We use industry standard SSL certificates that guarantee your payment information isn't intercepted by others. When items have been added to your cart, you're not in a secure area yet. It's when you click the check out button that you get moved into the secure area of the site as that's when you are about to enter personal information. I am a returning customers, but my password doesn't work anymore. What do I do?In order to reset your password, simply click on the "Lost Password" link located in the Member Login module on the right.
